I think we should be getting close to some pics with a finish shine on these bad boys.

I asked and the answer is not possible because of where the fire button needs to be and another reason I can't remember. The DW can be grinded down on the earlier Woodvils as you may know to accommodate any RBAs.Asked and answered
Thanks for the update. I do know the DW can be grinded down, but not be grinded down to flush with the top of the wood. So that wouldn't work for me. My minds eye doesn't allow things that do not flow well together... like having a larger atty standing on top of what remains of the smaller diameter DW. No foul, I have lots of smaller bf atty's I can use on my 5 older Woodvil's... and out of them like the Cyclones, RM2's, RM3's and an IOG-S on them well enough.
I don't have any Hornet's, but have an ERA that is an option too... and others that could be modded to bf. Have no plans to buy anymore STD Reos... Grand's, Mini's, VVG's or a lot more older Woodvil's with the new ones coming out. So I'm not looking to buy anymore small atty's, already have way more than I need.
The Hornet is another option too.
I'm running a Hornet on my mini 14500 woody and love that little guy!
I had 3 of them at one time when they first came out. They were like $78 when I got them over a year ago. Then the milled RM2 craze started so I sold 2 of them to get the RM2s. I am happy with the RM2s on my little OG minis but still wish I didn't sell those Hornets. They look cool and put out great flavor with the tapered cap. Great for single coil. Running @ 1 ohm with RxW.
