this style of GG will get dirty often and also it will get shiny where you touch it often. In about 1-2 years it will be a mess.
No it won't.. I promise.
I took #1090 out of the box, then out of the plastic bag, and then out then unrolled the micro fiber cloth. I noticed the brass was had darkened, but still a high gloss shine.. Rather stunning

. Then in rolled it back up. Rolled up #444 (it was sent immaculate) after putting in a brass tube, and placed them both in the bag. Sealed it, and put it back in the box.
I'll probably take one to a local meet in a few week.
Did I mention how stunning the deep amber brass was ?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder of course, and I see these as a beautiful variant on something that's already a stunning piece of art.
The majority of the wear and tear will still be on #992, which, when polished up, is stunning in it's own right.
