doh some of my older wilsons have dried out to scotch like dryness. guess hitting them with a drop of vg and taping the lids down
Thanks for the heads up DB, I have some Irish High Toast #22 I've been using all afternoon, and my Lemon Grove is a must have. I'll have to take precautions to preserve them.
Wow this one has some nicotine in it but it is not very pleasant to the nose, at least not for me. I decided to take one for the team this evening and do a gob or two of this wonderful stuff and let you all know how it is.
First off nicotine is 5 stars, this snuff satisfies the craving.
Scent is very barnyard to me although it is nothing like the NTSU stench. The black smells sort of like a bag of manure (the ones you buy to put on your garden) a few days after it has been opened and spread.
Ok now that i have put everyone off from trying this snuff I will try and redeem it's finer qualities.
Well after writing the previous sentence I stepped out into the fresh air to see what this snuff would deliver. It is still barnyardy and reminds me of walking around on a farm. The nicotine is very good, the smell although not offensive is still not much to get excited about.
I give it 1 star for scent.

So far my search continues, the Dholakia Sparrow, Ganga and Kamel seem to be the highest nicotine snuffs that do not smell like manure.

Did'nt do that much for me either DG....Just thought I would give it some honorable mention for its wintergreen scent.....Little too moist for me!

Oh my what a fine and wonderful snuff this one is!
This snuff is a very fine grind and light in color sort of golden. The scent when you open the tin is of toast and nuts and butter. No perfumes, no flavors, just wonderful toasty tobacco. It is buttery and creamy, really good stuff! Nicotine is high.
The HDT is very easy to take in, it only needs a slight sniff, do not sniff too hard as there is some burn if you take it in to far.
I highly recomend this snuff, especially if you happen to like some of the American blends, this one hits the spot for me with the high nicotine and the wonderful toast scents without the offensive heavy BBQ that I get out of a lot of the American snuffs. This is like Rooster with culture and refinement.

I'm deciding between this and Wilson's Irish High toast #22 (or getting both to compare). The Wilson's is cheaper by almost $2 per 25 g while many reviews say they're similar.
I just got this but the nicotine content is only moderate high for me after half a day of using it. It is very good though and I think my top one right now bc of the nicotine hit. I also have Wilson's Irish High Toast #22 and it is VERY similar, maybe just slightly less barbecue note.

I have tried almost everything Nicotine Rush and Mr Snuff has to offer in my quest for high nicotine. If you are looking for something more than you get out of this one I think you are going to have to try some of the South African snuffs like NTSU and Taxi. Sadly they are not much of a joy to take for me, but they are the highest in nicotine. The other way is to buy some rustica leaves and try making your own.
I have posted reviews on all three of these, this is combining the three together in equal meaures.

I got a sample of dholakia manjul with my last order and like it quite a bit. It is dry and has a clove scent to it along with some mild menthol. I am not sure on the nix content but it is good.

I need to try that one. I have been holding out because I was not sure about the clove. I do LOVE the Indian snuffs though, I really have not tried any of them that I do not like, the Manjul right now is the only Indian available on Nicotine Rush and Mr Snuff that I have not tried.
Guess I should break down and buy a small tin. Is the clove strong? Does it have other scents with the clove or is it just clove.
As for nicotine all the Dholakia snuffs seem to have it in good quantity except the swiss chocolate. That one to me has very little.
DG, my nose is not as good as yours at picking out scents but to me the clove is not that strong and I like how the light menthol opens my sinuses. It is the only one that I have tried with clove except DB's bullsnuff#2. This one seems to have alot less of a clove scent than BS#2. I don't really need more snuff but I would like to get some more of this one and some more ozona president. I have some different WoS ones that I ordered from their site if I actually ever get them.
i started out my morning with dholakia white today......WOWZA!!! that woke me up fast, then knocked me back into bed... i don't think you can ever sniff too lightly with that one...
LOL the best way to take the White straight is to wet your finger, roll it in the snuff and stick it up your nose, for me any breathe at all starts a coughing sneezing fit. It doesnt do that if I mix it. I do like it a lot as a mixer. I would love to try it out with a pea size portion in each nostril but fear I might die.
