I also googled "Medscape and e-cigs" but don't know if the particular study Bill is looking for is in the hits or not. Some of the hits are from June.

Bill.......I think I got it. You need to register. The article I am looking at is entitled "Regulating E cigs The FDA wants to hear from you" It says June 2014
