So I just got a set from Jack at Happyvaper and absoultely love it. I was able to put in consistently about 40 drops or so, and compared to the 510 carto's this I would say is much more convient... I still haven't developed much of a prefence over vaping with carts and dripping yet ... it really depends on the mood I'm in, but definitely prefer it over the carto's. Holds more liquid, and I get a much better TH with this than the carto's.

So yes, I may be wasting more liquid, but at this point with my 2 hour/day commute, it's perfect to fill before the trip and vape away. I don't find it bulky... it is quite a bit bigger, but obviously you need the extra space to put the liquid in, but it's woth it IMO. It fits snugly into the eGo carrying case with the standard battery, but will not fit in there with the mega battery (at least not with the cart on.

I didn't really notice much of a difference as well wtih the "quality" of the vape between a this and a regular cart/atty, but I'm not sure if I've really fully broken in the atty in anyways.

Likewise. Really like them so far. Hold a ton of juice.

Plus now on my mega battery it kinda looks like a little cigar which is nice.

I haven't tried it out with the mega battery yet, although I did purchase one as a "spare" battery for now... mainly because it doesn't fit in the carrying case (again, I haven't tried to see if it will without the cart on there). But ya, I smoked the occasional cigar before so it's definitely not huge or cumbersome at all.... but ya, main thing is how much more juice it can hold compared to the carto's

can't wait to find the right flavour! I'm a bit dissapointed with the sample pack I got with vapables.. just in terms of flavouring... that's why I'm really looking into DIY now. Maybe I'll find the right flav tomorrow night :)

Thanks for the review Fit. Have you tried LR atty's yet? I'm wondering how these compare being that I no longer find regular attys satisfying.

Yup, I have an LR atty, and liked InkedCanadian I use it for dripping most of the time... if I were to use a cart on it I find that it burns the filler material off... that could be just me?

definitely not as hot of a vapour compared to the LR atty, and not as much Vapour Production, but you you do get a bit more flavour with the mega atty/cart

I think Jack was telling me that the new mega atty's burn more like a LR atty than a normal one though...

Correct, the LR's DO heat up pretty hot... have melted the plastic on a cart once so I use it strictly for dripping now.

For good juice, I have recently been trying out Tasty Vapors flavors and so far they are all pretty amazing. Seems to be no issues shipping to Canada.

I'll bring a couple of the flavors I have Tuesday for you to try. Plus I think BA has a bunch from there he's bringing.

awsome! I'll be there for sure! :p

I may order some from them soon as well. Heard it takes a while to ship. Or by then I'll have a grasp on DIY.. who knows...

a bit of an update with the mega atty/cart. So I've filled the thing a few times now and noticed I'm getting less and less drops in. I understand it's because there's unused juice still at the bottom of the filler. However, I cleaned out the cart completely (including filler material) last night and was only able to put maybe 20-25 drops or so before it began pooling at the top. I dried the filler material best I could (didn't leave it over night or anything like that), so perhaps that has something to do with it? I've noticed the same pattern with the reg 510 carts too.... any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Hey Fit,
I just got my Mega Atty/Carts two days ago and I'm noticing the exact same thing. First one lasted a real long time 'cause I could get a lot of drops in it...second one not as much. When I took the filler material out to clean I noticed there was no juice in the bottom third of the filler. I'm thinking instead of dropping, maybe I'll use a syringe when filling to get to that bottom part that I seem to be missing doing the "drop" method.
I haven't tried it yet but will on my next one.
Have you noticed how much stronger the throat hit is with the Mega Atty's?? Mine seems to be way stronger than a regular eGo atty?? The bridge in these is way bigger, so I'm thinking that's why??

Yup, pretty good TH for sure.. mind you I've only really vaped on the 510 atty, 510 LR atty, and 510 carto, so not much to compare with at this point. When you say "bottom third of the filler" I'm assuming you're referring to the atty? (based on your description). It confuses me sometimes because I refer to the top side as the side closer to the atty, and that's where it dries up pretty fast... it does wick a bit better than the regular 510 cart though... at least at the beginning

No, actually I meant the part of the filler that would be closest to your mouth. Seems to me like the juice is not getting all the way down there when I fill it. Maybe that's why they are not lasting as long? Then again, I could be completely wrong...it's happened before

Search for the "spring mod". Bigger carts are not always better because the juice at the bottom is always stuck at the bottom. The bigger carts are bigger because they have more bottom.

The spring mod takes away the bottom of the filler that never empties and turns it into a pool which soaks into the useable top.

This is equivalent to the High Ping Mod? Switched showed me that mod the other night... however, he did mention it wouldn't work for the mega carts.. forgot the reason why though

The head pressure of the liquid, and there is no lip in the maga cart to hold the plug as the 510. Some have had success with the sprinhg method. I just gave up on it.

Oh, and the 302 does not vape like a 510 anyway. That is another draw back as one size does not fit all.

I just started with a mega atty today and was disappointed at the lower voltages. Once I used it at 5v though it became a steam engine with consistent billows of heavy vaper. The standard cart wasn't keeping up with the wicking (Im a heavy vaper) so if you hit it hard some adjustments will have to be made.

Going to trim the filler down lengthwise and fluff it up so its not so dense and see if that improves the wicking.
