Melted Cart?

Hey all so I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place but here we go. So I am trying to figure why one of my cartridges is melted. Its weird, the cart looks as if I took a hot butter knife and pressed it into the top of the ledge. I cant for the life of me figure out how the lip of this thing melted... Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?

It happens, especially if you hot box 'em. I'm thinking the heat from the bridge melts them. Make sure you align the cart parallel to the bridge.

Even then, I'll still melt the damned things. lol. I tend to puff away without giving the atty a chance to cool.

If u don't wait about 10-20 seconds per pull it can easily happen. I've done it many times lol. I'm like Wtf ? I nuked my cart !

If you are a Joye 510 user simply trim of some of the cart from the get go. The filler is pushed past the lip anyway.

Or just give up and get a metal drip tip. Don't melt carts anymore, but I have nearly burned my lips.

It may happen due to increase of temperature. So keep notice that it not attain hight temperature.
