This might seem like a silly question, but is it safe to continue using an evod clearomizer that was melted/warped from the juice I used? I stupidly filled it up with a pina colada sample I got, not realizing there was pineapple in it. I noticed the plastic getting wavy right away and dumped it and rinsed it really well. It doesn't leak or taste off, using different juice of course, but I don't know if the melting causes toxins to be release during subsequent use. No big deal to chuck it, but it's my favorite color!

The integrity of the material has been damaged... while I do not pretend to know what chemicals would have been released. Probably no big deal short term, but also probably a good idea to find a temp fix until you find your favorite color again.

If you melted your favorite coffee cup would you replace it?

If you've cleaned it and it doesn't taste off you should be fine until you can replace it, just be careful storing it in case it decides to start leaking on you without warning. Generally once the solvent (in this case the flavoring originally used) is removed and the item in question is cleaned no further breakdown will occur on the chemical level and you only have to worry about structural integrity, especially if areas around rubber grommets or o-rings have warped.
