OH, NO I just tore my V4L stash apart looking for a Nuport carto and either it didn't come packaged in the samplers I have or it was in a sampler I donated to a couple I set up with a vaping kit <sigh> Well, I don't regret getting them started on a healthier lifestyle but DARN! I do wish I h ad a Nuport to try That's how it goes - I/we read posts with these glowing recommendations and then just have to try it

Seeing music was slid in to this conversation, My personal favorite of all time Morandir would have to Macabre (MACABRE - MURDER METAL -) . They are in a class of their own. Officially dubbed murder metal I highly recommend it. First album I would pick up is a hard to find copy Of Dahmer. Also if you like folksy stuff they have a off the wall cd called Minstrels , Morbid Campfire Songs. . They have a couple other albums too. All top rank on my ipod.

Dahmer is an excellent album TechnoDestructo sir. One of my favorites as well. I will check out Minstrels at some point this weekend. Thank you for the recommendation.

TechnoDestructo sir, my vote is for nuport wow as the best. It's the strongest menthol I've tried.

I am going to put in an order so i just wanted to sum up everyone's thoughts:

the favs are WOW Nuport, premium smilin and wow peppermint? is the peppermint more of an undertone? i have had peppermint/fireball in the past and they have killed my cartos.

what other v4l menthols have you tried and definitely would NOT recommend?

Right now I am strictly a menthol vapor - either from cignot or from the local shop in the town next door. i believe both are dekang/boge but they have been good to me. I have tried other "mixed" or "fresh" menthols but they just havent given me the same kick i need.

I have one cart of WOW peppermint. I personally do not like it. I taste a chocolate after tone. Maybe it is just me but I wish it was not there. I did just order the wow nuports. I can not wait for them to arrive.

I can't speak to the WOW Nuport, but the WOW Peppermint is just peppermint and the Premium Smilin' is a blend of tobacco, chocolate & mint/menthol. Neither of these flavors has ever killed a carto. The Peppermint is just refreshing & the Smilin' is a nice complex blend. Both have a very nice TH & plenty of vapor - IMHO.

I agree with Ms. Dawnsfolly on the peppermint, it's just peppermint. I've been vaping that alot lately, never had it kill a carto either....

The only menthol I wasn't real impressed with was the cool, had a fruity aftertaste. Kant was a but harsh, but that's not a bad thing.....

If you like peppermint you will like V4L's peppermint. It's just that simple. I don't taste any chocolate except for in the one I used in a chocolate carto (yes I meant to do that). But then again I am just out of smoking so my taste may be a bit off.

I like the smilin' and there is a chocolate undertone to it, but it's a great undertone.
