A friend recently ordered a Dura starter kit from Janty. What arrived instead was:

2 atomisers, one cold
2 batteries, one broken
1 USB charger cable
1 drawstring bag

No box (possibly accounting for the broken battery), no wall charger.

Basically it looked as though someone had thrown together some components, put them in a bag and sent them out. Sadly, this friend ordered from Janty on my recommendation of them as a reputable company. Needless to say, I won't be making that mistake again.

Edit: I just looked at your site and see that you don't include a wall charger in your kits. Wow, but caveat emptor, I suppose. The broken components and inadequate packaging are still unacceptable.

I've been puffing away on the eGo since I received it this morning. I am impressed. It is 6:15 pm, and the battery is going strong. So far, no drop in the "hit" that I am getting from it. I just recommended the eGo to a neighbor, and I think she is ordering one tomorrow.

If this was available at Christmas, I probably would have bought this model to introduce my brothers to the e-cig, instead of the Joye 510 kits I bought them. Although I have only had it for half a day, I must say that the eGo rocks.

There could be a number of things to this factor:

1) The cart flavor and strength?
2) It could be that the cart filling is not entirely touching the atomizer ( sometimes, rare, the filling is a bit too flat )
3) The atomizer might not be broken all the way in - in this case dripping does allow for more TH, while carts will seem weaker

- hope this helps ;)

That does sound very bad. Which site/shop did he order from?

Let me know and i will get right on this and have it fixed - this is NOT how Janty works, and we will correct it, so do not worry!

Recently, Janty posted a bit of information in this forum saying that they are having their coils manufactured in Europe (Germany I think). The theory is that these would be more reliable. I don't have any experience with these, but I'd like to hear from anyone that has some and their experience.

Bad atomizer? I'd guess that's between you and Janty to work out.

Atomizers made with European parts?

Considering i just dropped a PV's worth of money on spare Joye 510s, I'd love to know more.

Ok, I think I will just drip for a while then retest a fresh cart. I have only tried the ones that came with it, which are high strength RY4.

Another thing, the carts fit kinda loose, anyone else seeing this?

Carts and attys are hit and miss for me size wise. I'll have some so tight I can use them to screw in/out the atty on the JSV2 and then others that can fall out just by turning the stick upside down.

I've taken it as a luck of the draw thing. Save/reuse the ones that are spot on and use the others for mod practice.
