When I repaired the USB charger I noticed the sealer inside that was used to hold the connection plate was extremely rubbery, seemed pretty weak to me. It just needed some more durable glue to hold it in place.

The Atomiser I am not sure about, user error or just a random event. Doesn't really matter, I purchased spares as I had read this can happen from time to time hehe.

The eGo is fine, works like a dream. When I said poor quality product, I obviously wasn't referring to the eGo hehe. Just the charger, to me it could easily have a stronger design to stop the connection plate from spinning/breaking off/becoming loose.

Exactly phear, I mean that I have a big problem with my nerves in both hands since I hurt my back and specially my right hand, so its very hard for me to really tighten down hard on the batt to the USB charger. In this, I just tighten enough so that my fingers slip so I don't over tighten on the cable. Well, it was loose from the start as when I first put on a batt it turned on me. I won't open it up as I have nothing to fix it with and seems to me that the desiggn could have been better in a way so that it won't spin. Like you said, maybe a way to secure it better inside. Now I wonder if they checked them out for sturdyness and I just happen to have gotten one that was bad from the get go as it was very slightly loose from the beginning and I just got one that went bad ? I don't know, now I can't use my eGo until I get a new cable. I would like to know if the male connecter in the cable is round or does it have flat cuts so it fits better inside? I have seen it on another cable for my TV that it should have flat ends and they didn't have it, the part was round and just turned. I am sooooo lucky that I indeed did have a back up that I can use until I get a new cable.

I do (did) take 6 to 10 second drags as this memics my smoking days and the atty gets very warm on the eGo and the taste got better. Yes I was filling more but some days I did go lower on how long I would drag on it. From 3 to 5 seconds and this is the sweet spot I believe in the best flavor of any liquid when used. The longer I drag the warmer it got, the more the flavor would come out, but, I also noticed that it would be a bit too warm and I would cough. So I did a few experiments and find the a 3 to 5 second drag on most flavors is the sweet spot to get the best taste out of them. I have a couple of flavors that I need to go longer on to get better flavor and those I do @ 5 to 10 seconda and they are Dulcis and Midnight from one of my suppliers. I know that EcoPure is best @ the 5 second mark.
This is all with the cover on. Now I believe Janty should have given 2 covers so we as consumers could have both set up with diff. flavors without have to take a part and swap the cover. Also, lets just say someone drops the cover and it gets stepped on, then what? It just my honest opinion that Janty should have given two covers.

It is not exactly round, more of a hexagonal shape. The only thing that seemed to be holding it in was some rubbery adhesive which appeared me to be extremely week. If it did have a squarish design instead, as you suggest that would indeed stop it from spinning.

They could also put a gyro thingy inside so if it does come lose and spins, it won't rotate the cabling which causes even more damage.

The easiest way to improve the design would possibly be to create a converter that converts the screw type plug to a push one. And have them come as standard, its the whole turning thing that causes the issue.

I can't find where it says that Janty atomizers are warrantied. I see that the sets and all of their parts are warrantied for six months, but the sale page for the atomizers doesn't mention a warranty at all.

WARRANTY: Atomizers and switches come with a 6 month warranty and batteries with a 3 month warranty.

I saw this in the mod section. This is awesome and if anyone has the tools to make this happen there will be a lot of vapors going nuts over this. I would gladly pay 40 - 50 bucks for this. I hate dripping and I hate pollifill but this is the best of both worlds. You simply push that beed while holding the ecig battery end down and it creates an airflow through it. and then it drips a few drops on the attie with out ever taking the cart off. The guy says he gets about 3.5 hours of vaping time with this....

I had 4 atomizers for the JS replaced after 4 months under the 6 month warranty with Janty. The other attys have lasted beyond the warranty period. I compared myvaporstore attys and the life span appears limited as I may get a month or so out of them. My Dura attys have survived since my first purchase in April of 2009. So I spend a little more for the Janty product and have no worries about stocking up or atty demise.
