No, VaporGuys warranty on Janty products is the same as Janty, per the VaporGuys site...

Hey I'm new to e cigs, my cousin ordered from totally e wicked and got his in 3 days, I ordered mine on monday, 5/11 and sent out a check with the order number, itts only 5/12 but I was feeling insecure that I'm gonna get my product after all the talk about the shipping..I like in the colony texas north of dallas and wanted to know when I would get it
Try info@jantyusa.com. Include your order number in the subject line. Also, remember it may take several days for your check to clear. Banks work that way.
Hey I don't know whats going on but I just ordered from your site the Janty stick paying with my paypal, but for some reason its not showing that my email andel11@yahoo.com exist. I don't want this problem to continue and then they are sold out before the issue is resolved. So HELP

And don't you have anything else besides the warrant and returns portions in order to get in touch with you, so how long will that take until tomorrow?

Paypal is the way to go if you want your items fast. I have ordered a few things from JantyUSA in he past few weeks and everytime it has come extremely fast, well once I realized I had to actually log into my paypal and send a payment that way So I wouldn't worry if I was you, you will get your products soon enough, its just that checks take forever.

The passthrough has an inline "battery pack", but has no battery in it. Is it supposed to include a battery? There is no mention, on the web site, of a battery being needed, and I don't see one listed anywhere.
If I am supposed to provide my own battery, could you tell me what battery I need, and where to get it?
I will be more than a little perturbed to pay the price for a "genuine Janty" only to discover I must also purchase a battery for it. 8-o

I didn't get the battery either, I'm thinking that Jeff assumed that they were in the battery box. I had plenty though so I never thought about it. Here's here I get mine: Battery

Any pen style should work, aka 801s RN????s, M201s, BE112s... Janty's atomizer is Janty's atomizer.
The KB atomizers are Joye 304s or 302s...something like that. Kate probably knows.
Also, just an FYI...the M201 atomizers are not interchangeable with other penstyle models. Pretty sure that's what Fedor said anyway.

I don't know why peopple complain about e mails and customer service, I did what u said and emailed them at 10p.m I got a reply the next day at 11 a.m...and found out that my product will be here tomorrow!!

One of my batteries buttons sticks out farther than the other one. As a result, the button is depressed when the battery is put into the case. I pretty much lived with it by using an exacto knife to cut a wee bit off of the button. Now the button isn't pressed when I slide it in.
Works for me so far and I'm really happy with the case as I don't have to lug around a bunch of chargers anymore. However most people will find this unacceptable. Get that groove in there Janty!
