About the usb cable - I don't know what it means, but here's what's written on the cable I got with my Stick:
E300060 & AWM 2464 80*C 300V VW-1 CSA LL204790 I/II A 80*C 300V FTI MSL HT

& stands for some strange symbol that looks kind of like LR mirrored
* stand for a degree sign

If anyone understands this - a translation would be nice... ;)

And it's not as rigid as I anticipated, it's quite flexible.
Would be perfect if it had an angled mini-usb plug... ;)

Okay, so I've skimmed through the threads about the stick and thought it might be a good idea if we had a thread that was only for Jantymod to list which order numbers have shipped in groups like: 4400-4500 shipped today. This would be particularly helpful given the amount of emails that seem to be getting lost. This way people could easily find their number and know they should be receiving their order within a certain length of time. They would know if there's been a problem or if they've been skipped or whatever and it might cut down on the amount of mail Ethan has to answer...maybe? So, how about it Ethan, mind updating this thread daily with the order number range that shipped on any given day. It would be nice if this thread could be kept free of clutter too.

Thanks!

Let me start by saying that I am, in no way, a Janty 'fanboy'. I've only ordered from them twice, the first time was a disaster that ended in a canceled order for a Dura C. The second was for a kissbox passthrough and it was delivered very promptly so I'm sitting on the 50/50 fence. Ethan, however, impressed me with his prompt responses to email I sent requesting an addition to my stick order. If they keep up that level of service, then I might, one day, become a 'fanboy'.

Thank you Ethan.

I started out with Kissbox, Stick is my 2nd now (since today).
I got the Stick, checked the atty works, replaced it with my Kissbox atty (the same thing, but had my liquid in it) and.... gave the rest of my Kissbox parts away. That's how sure I am of the Stick.

I'd recommend Kissbox over Stick if you really prefer a pen style rather than this strange kind-of-like-a-cellphone look.
Also, Kissbox gives you both manual and auto switch. Bare in mind, though, the manual on Stick works much better than on Kissbox. I wouldn't want an auto Stick, even though I prefered auto switch in Kissbox.

Other than that, I see no reason to choose the Kissbox. Some points in favour of the Stick:
- longer battery life (360mAh vs. 230mAh)
- cheap batteries
- shorter, fits nicely in your hand
- built-in usb passthrough (vape&charge)
- better manual switch
- manual has a LED (Kissbox manual switch doesn't)
- manual has a cut-off (11 seconds, but lets you take another drag without delay)
- sealed atomizer compartment (no liquid leaks to the switch or battery)

About the LED - I found myself countless times thinking "is it broken" only to realize I have to change the battery.

i have to agree, ethan's response time is certainly what janty usa needed. I know for a while there jeff was getting stretched pretty thin, so i know he is loving to take a break from the e-mails for a while. Keep up the great work guys!

i'm happy to concur. Ethan has been very attentive and communicative. In the case of my current dura-c backorder it's definitely too little, too late, but i look forward to better interactions with janty in the future and the signs of that possibility are very positive.

+1, +1.........

Don't know about titan, but Kissbox passthrough has a small (AAA-sized) battery 10440 3.6V 360mAh. It's a Li-Ion battery cell.

The idea is, usb port gives you too small of a current. So basically you use the battery to vape and usb to charge the battery. Don't leave it connected constantly - I killed my battery this way.

So you are saying that the Stick actually utilizes all the juice in the cart. If true, that would be good news indeed...........

And to clarify, these reviews were on the units using the 801 attys?

My stick came with a Kissbox Classic atomiser, and I have tried generic 801s in it. All work well but the Janty atomiser works best. The mini-pipe atomiser also works. It drains a classic cart very thoroughly and quite quickly because it produces so much vape! The RY4 carts that came with mine also taste great. :)

Oh my. You mean I gotta get 2 different passthroughs? One for mostly constant port vaping and one that I can grab'n'go? AIEEEEEEEEE 8-o
