They actually talk to each other!
Weekly teleconferences that at least cover the high spots. Takes less than an hour and everyone gets informed on the major issues. Followed up by emails for crisis stuff.
Not so hard and pays off.

That is why you need to spend every cent on the Janty websites. I have a pre-order on it's way, and a LE that will probably be kept on a shelf for backup.
I will say that it appears the people who ordered the LE Sticks are more polite about the delay than the pre-orders.
That is because their sets will be collector's items in a few years. And they can count on us for throwing in A LOT of free goodies, one year premium service and much more
