Janty has completely not responded to about 12 of my emails over the last month. Finally they responded to one of them a couple of days ago, and sent out most of the items missing from past orders, and also 5 replacement warranty atomizers I had been emailing them about for weeks.
They short-shipped me a couple of times on orders, and never made any mention that they were doing this. When I asked, they would say that they wanted to ship me what they had and not hold up the order. This is great, but they make no mention via email or via a packing slip that they are doing this. After emails about the missing products, they promised to send them. Then, they completely lost track of any and all things they owed me.
When they did FINALLY respond to my emails, the took my word for it and sent the items out quickly. I've never received any shipment emails from them with tracking numbers. They still haven't responded to one short-ship problem that I've emailed them about twice.
I'm glad to see they finally responded and took action quickly. I hope their service continues to improve and gets up to par with what one would expect from anyone who is doing business.
