Hello,

I ordered my first E-cigarette at Janty, but unfortunately the parcel was lost by USPS. It's damage for me, but the reaction of Janty compared to that is very astonishing indeed, janty said me to wait until the parcel is found.
I am very disappointed of this reaction because he doesn't hesitate to let a customer await almost 1 month without E-cigarette.

I post today to warn you that if one day you require for cartridge and that your parcel is lost, Janty will let to you wait without send you a new parcel and refund you. You will have to repurchase of true cigarette bad for health.

I am thus always a smoker of true cigarette and Janty keeps my 90 € (69€ of order and 21€ for the sending).

Do not hesitate to contact me so that I transmit you the exchange of e-mail with Janty.

When a package is lost, it is normal to have the parcel carrier perform an investigation. The package may be found. You could be a crook trying to swindle free products from them. They do not know who you are and can lose money if there has not been a best effort to find the lost package. You just happened to be unlucky this time and will have to wait a bit longer for your order. USPS screwed up, not JantyUSA.

I was wondering what the average customer service turn around time is for Janty USA? I emailed them on Sunday because they sent me high nic juice instead of the medium that I ordered. High is too high for me, which is why I ordered medium. I have yet to hear back from them regarding this problem. I emailed orders@jantyusa.com and info@jantyusa.com. I know it's only been 2 days, but I'm running low on juice and am starting to get frustrated. I don't want to use the high nic juice because it's too high and watering it down decreases the flavor, plus I don't have any PG. Arghh... On the plus side, the juice did arrive very quickly, it just wasn't what I ordered.

I once had a xmas present that got lost. I asked the supplier if they could just file a claim on it and send me another one because I needed it before xmas. They didn't have a problem with it and sent me a new one within days and took care of the claim themselves.. It was a nice way to go, I think.. But, everyones policies are different.
