Is the Warranty different in the USA at Vaporguys vs JantyShop. Could you answer that for me Ludo.
It seems you have a 3month warranty on Atomizers and 6 months on other parts. Vaporguys have a 14 day warranty only. Why is there a difference if you have someone in the USA helping you sell the Kissbox and Dura-C

Is it cheaper at Vaporguys?

It is a secret just as where our suppliers get their stuff. Shhhh! There is virtually no transparency in the e-cig market. It is volatile, lucrative and secretive while being relatively profitable in the short term.

lol. It's not a secret. The purpose of having several distributors is to keep one brandname going. Branding.

Think of this...how many people know where McDonald's corporate headquarters is? What about Wal-Mart? Burger King? Taco Bell? Sears? Nordstrom's? Target? Pizza Hut?

IN the end, the location is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is that the product you receive in your location is the same product I receive in my location. Branding.

Yes. Even if they were in the USA, then they could just as easily be raided and shutdown.

WOW, so many misinterpretations here... let me clear a few things here:

Janty creates their own designs in collaboration with JoyE

wrong, JANTY creates their own designs with designers from Holland and USA.

JoyE helps produce the product, which they leverage be creating the Janty Generics

wrong, Joye and other suppliers only serve as trader for some of our items.

Janty design is based in Asia

wrong, JANTY TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC, the mother company, is based out of Asia. The design team is based out of Holland and USA.

In the end, I believe everything is *Made In China* but designed in Japan.

wrong, everything is designed in Holland and USA, and then manufactured in OUR factory China and some extra parts production is outsourced to The Philippines and other factories in China.

JantyUSA is a distributor, along with others.

wrong, JANTY USA and JANTY EUROPE are our official retail outlets under JANTY TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC.

I would imagine the USA distributor would ship to Mexico (if possible) while the UK distributor would ship to Europe (Germany, Austria, etc)

wrong, JANTY EUROPE ships to UK, France, Germany, etc... JANTY USA does not ship to Mexico.

Basically, there are franchise opportunities for distributorship if Janty likes you. I'm thinking of joining myself....I'm in Arizona though. That may be too close to Texas, which is where JantyUSA is at.

Johnson Creek sells blank carts for it, on their site they tell you which ones work with it.

Yes you can buy now. DURA-C is ok now, we will however have an updated atomizer soon, but that is inherent for development.

Updated atomizer??? Is that why Mine that I got from the kittyburn promotion
is a real dog ! I never got the vapor as seen by Parkers video review....It gets half the vapor compared to the 901B...

Just one thing and I am not asking for any coveted private business information. I am just curious if Janty has any 'back up strategy' should the FDA decide to come down on you the way they are with Smoking Everywhere.

If the FDA tries to block shipments is that the end of Janty USA?

I might get one just to check it out but it does not strike me as pragmatic since it is only rated for 550 puffs and for around $7 more I can get the Vegas which is rated for 1800 puffs.

another e-mail sent 2 days ago, still nothing. A persons understanding is generally much higher when they at least get some follow up? Why can most other online suppliers (e-cig or not) provide these basic levels of customer service, but not Janty USA? Hit in miss indeed, apparently I MISSED!

No you do not always receive a shipping confirmation. Chances are your order will show up soon and all will be good.

I never would air an individual dispute with a supplier on this forum, because it can lead to this,http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...on/16392-totally-wicked-goes-underground.html. Yet, i have made 5 e-cig related purchases online with 5 different retailers(all advertise here as well) and have yet to get a shipping confirmation without asking. They all send you a Paypal receipt and order confirmation email...yet it say Processing forever. Then i send a couple emails, by then its on my doorstep. It seems to be a e-cig online purchase thing only, as other online purchases always go off without these liitle hitches. Janty though has treated everyone good,from most of the posts i've read.

The prices appear to be the same, the only thing that is cheaper is the shipping. Vapor Guys = $5.00, Janty USA = $12.00. So I ordered from Vapor Guys.
