Ask Lisa here, if she would grant you permission to use one of her photos, and resize it to forum size. For a "sig", I doubt she would protest, but photos are owned by the photographer, so ask first, or be SUED! :)
Haven't got super-shiny pics up on the site yet..............

Got my canister of Cape Cod metal polish from Amazon today............just got nothin to polish

That is where I got mine too... I got the tin with 12 of em for about 13 bucks I think. That cloth that comes in the tin with them is awesome for polishing it up real nice.... You can get the button back to new looking again also with the polishing cloths. Just soak the grooves of the button and wipe it off. It looks like gold on mine.

yeahh like the groove also, all smooth looks cheaper IMHO. Ordered the new button though, think is fits the look and next to the Slim they make a beautiful pair ;-) I hope Imeo will make the new Slim with grooves as well as the AFS, more artistic I think, but the majority will like the smooth finish I am afraid, a well who really cares, the GG is the best shiny or not so shiny!!!

Are there going to be more available with the grooved texture? I was actually looking forward to that when I purchased mine.

If they comes good looking out of the machine then yes friend , if not then I will shine them:)

I suggest to produce them as Type A and Type B

Those that come clean out of the machine will stay with their lines and will be called Type A.

Those that don't will be ultra polished and will be labeled Type B.

This way everyone will be happy whether those who prefer the lines or those who prefer the high gloss.

I mean that if the lines come out well then its ok Mist. Sometimes the lathe knife dont give the result I want. I bought a diamond but sometimes its the material that gives diferent surface:)
