Metallic taste with tanks?

Hi everyone

I have a liquinator and a chibi tank. Not sure if this is normal but I get a metallic taste from both tanks. I wonder if it's because the tanks are new or because the cartos are pre punched and stainless steel?

I compare the taste with the ego t tanks and the mega clearomizers with the wick. By far the cleanest pure taste has been with the clearomizer.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Or is this expected when using tanks. I'm about to stop using tanks completely because I can't stand the taste.

No it's the same

It is Possible the Particular flavor your using is reacting with the Stainless steel cartos. Ive not seen this issue previously before however.

Well all my juices have been different brand ry4. Maybe ry4 reacts to metal?

I have a couple of fruity flavored juices that I can't use in tanks for the same reason as you...metal taste. I have no idea what causes it other than the flavoring. I think it's because it sits in the tanks longer before being used up.

Does anyone use tanks with ry4? If not what are the best alternatives? I'm currently using cartos but I hate having to refill so often
