Good morning everyone,
I've been using my ZAP for the better part of two weeks now, with no issues at all. Last night I suddenly got a metallic taste on all my hits. Trying to resolve this I rebuilt the coil around a new wick (One of the 400 ss wicks that came with the ZAP). I still get the taste and I have now rebuilt the coil around four times. I checked and I can't see any shorts that would be causing this, even if there are some, shouldn't the Provari error out if that was the case?
Any ideas? I tried checking for hotspots on my latest wick, and don't see any (all the coils light up after about a second), and i've also tried oxidising the coil iteslf before I put it on the unit.
