I was wondering where to actually buy VG without having to go online. Thanks! Now I need a math person to tell me how much VG to add per ml to make 18mg.

Walmart sells "Glycerin" (VG) in 6 oz bottles for around 3-5$, and as far as cutting the nic down, what nic level do you have now?
Also, as you add VG to reduce the nic, you reduce the flavor too :(
consider buying 0 nic juice in that flavor to reduce the nic level without reducing the flavor.

As BunnyKiller posted, Walmart has Humco brand USP VG for about $4 in a 6 fluid ounce bottle. It's across from the Pharmacy over in the Cosmetics aisle. You can Google it to see what the bottle looks like. I walked up and down past it until I finally found it.

24mg juice is common for recent smokers. Over time, most cut down about 6mg at a time until they reach a level that's comfortable for them. Throat hit is tied partially to nic level. I vaped 24mg for a couple of years before dropping down to 18mg. Flavor rose as nic dropped and that was good for me. I like a smooth vape with light throat hit. Now, I'm at 11mg and I've been down to 8mg and 6mg. I'm about to take myself down to a level where I can save a couple hundred bucks a month on health insurance by passing a cotinine test.

Obviously this is ultimately a matter of preference, but imho If you've got a vaporous mod there shouldn't be any reason to go above 6mg. Anything higher will ruin the taste and you'll be unnecessarily (and likely unpleasantly) cracked out from too much nicotine. There are some hardcore modders at my local vape shop and they insist that any liquid above 6 mg is ..... Having experimented with other strengths, I have to agree. Enjoy the vapor for its flavor, texture, etc. Too much nicotine defeats the purpose of having a flavorful mod.

I agree. I'm vaping the Kayfun 3.1 now and it's so efficient that I find myself getting a slight nic overdose feeling if I hit it too hard. I like the flavor when the nic is lower. Not being a fan of heavy throat hit (although I like SOME throat hit), lower nic just makes it better.

I found some glycerin at rite aid. I haven't used it yet because I ended up also buying some juice in 18mg that I love!!! It's hard for me to vape a lot because I'm at work all day. People think my mod is a "drug thing". I have to sneak in the back room and take a few quick hits off it and go back to work. Funny how so many people got on my case about smoking but give me weird looks for vaping. I think 18 is good for me for now. But I'm glad to know I can dilute it. The flavor was pretty strong so that might actually be a good thing for the flavor to go down a little.
