Miss y'all, my PC blew up. 1st the harddrive crashed then the power pack blew and then it died, i'm using a crappy laptop that gets hot real quick so can't be on long. Have three ruptured discs in my neck and hurts to type anyway. Seeing the VA med center for that. Hope everyone is doing fine and miss you guys. I hope to repair or buy new PC soon. Going crazy without. peace - love - out

Man!! Tough times for sure! I have nothing but sympathy for you on the back deal, I know how bad that sucks! Ice is your friend, ice it 15-20 min then wait 45 min to an hour and repeat as you can! It does help a lot!

I thought I just pulled a muscle and it would get better in a couple weeks, was saddenned by the x-ray results for sure. Next is an MRI and hopefully surgey will fix it up. Thanks for the well wishes and friendship. (tries best Terminator voice) "I'll be back" -
