One mm? LOL, that has to be obsession. I've got a mod that could be 5mm shorter, but I don't want to cut the whole thing shorter, not yet anyhow. So what do I do? make a whole nother mod that is 5mm shorter, but it's going to be a present. 
Maybe seeing the difference will motivate me to do some cutting.
Grand tininess Para, and you don't really need the main switch. If it accidentally fires, it's only going to run 38 seconds anyway before that batt is spent.

It's about the challenge; I enjoy trying to get 3 lbs of krap in a 2 lb bag.
1mm is all I had on this one...moving things around so they fit w/o modding the box and use a low profile button.

They are all the same....just made the boxes different sizes to match the batteries.
So, if I get what you're doing, you're sectioning a chunk out of a 2x AA box and welding it back together?
Not a 2AA box...it's a 1AA; and you're right; cut the center section out and epoxy the ends back together.....sand and paint and then mod it out. Pretty simple really....just difficult to cut and reattach because the ends have to match exactly to be strong enough to hold and look right
You're an artist, I was taking a look at your profile and your other mods...do me a favour, when ever I post any more of my mods, don't look at them, lol...I'm also a member of a computer modding forum...some of those guys are good (real good) you can just see the money they spend on some of their gear, however, the ingenuity and skill I see on this forum from people making these creations from $5 worth of parts astounds me...
The 14250 is about 350mah (if memory serves me) which lasts me about 2 hours which is why I created it....to stealth vape at the movies. The 10280 is even weaker and lasts about an hour. I've not tried it with anything other than regular ohm atomizers/clearomizers.
You can try it with other attachments, but will probably be a waste of time.
I thought so, but do not change the fact that it is a great gadget. I congratulate
