Help!! Got a new SE4081, and within 2 weeks, the atomizer is dead. I'm dealing with customer service regarding a replacement but in the meantime, I'm stuck!

Is there anyone within an hour of Middletown NY that might have an addy or two that we might be able to talk about? I would be forever grateful!
