might have a problem with a battery

Hey y'all. This morning when I took my battery out of my Vamo to charge it, I noticed something really odd -- it wasn't like this before (the one on the right):

See how that one on the right, the top looks squished in? I wondered if that meant there's something wrong with it; it charged up just fine, no problems, no weirdness, but I'm a bit afraid to use it now. I dropped the Vamo a couple days ago, which might be how this happened, because it sure wasn't like that before, it was completely flat like the other one.

Any ideas or advice? It's not new or anything, so replacing it isn't a huge deal, but I just thought I'd ask the resident geniuses for their opinion.

It shouldn't be a problem, it's just the this metal on top and it's quite easy to bend. I wouldn't be tempted to try and pry it up though as you could do some damage or even short it. As long as it charges OK, doesn't get hot I would be happy to use it.

No, I felt of it when I took it out of the charger, no warmer than usual, which is just slightly warmer than ambient temp. After dropping the Vamo, I checked it out pretty thoroughly, and nothing seemed broken, it didn't get any warmer than usual, so I figured it was ok.

I guess I'll use that battery, but just keep a close watch on the mod, make sure it's not getting hot or anything (I always use it in the Vamo, not in a mech). But I guess I ought to be thinking about getting some more batteries, they don't last forever.
