I put that Zephyrus sub-tank aside because it was leaking right from the get go with two different pre-built coils and figured I just got a bad tank. Looking at it today it dawned on me, maybe I needed to fill it rather then just enough juice to cover the juice intake ports in the bottom of the coil, sure enough that was the problem. So I vaped on it today using one of the pre-built nickle coils, it was OK. Tonight I decided to try a built on the little RBA deck that came with it, gave my first try using dual coil kanthal and my old standby rayon for a wick. Hit at .21 ohms and it hits like a champ, the flavor of my favorite juice, well I realize I've never truly tasted it until tonight, wow! Yeah I have really been missing out vaping on my little old pro tanks! I love this tank, and my juice tastes oh so good! Can't wait to build it up with nickle!

Getting this mod done has made me sorry...sorry didn't build it right when I got the chips, sorry I haven't done any "real" work on the DNA200 and really sorry that I have to clean up the workbench to work on the DN200.

I'm almost in the same boat. It always boils down to too many project ideas and too little time.

Glad to see your having a good experience with Zephyrus Now :)
I really like the 2 I have, I didn't bother with the prebuilt coils, I'm running dual TI coils at.09 on my DNA200's with them
The Zephyrus has many good characteristics, It has great air flow, it's relatively small for the amount of juice it hold, mine never leaked, The price is nice, so is the top fill. The small deck makes it hard to build on and the O ring setup makes it hard to break it down for building/cleaning.
I would recommend this tank to anyone looking for a good lung hitter :)
A Cthulhu is real nice to and V2 is coming out soon :) Looks real interesting with 2 decks single and dual coil :)

Steamer or WIlie, could you put a caliper on that Zephyrus and let me know what the maximum OD of it is? It looks interesting, four 3mm air holes in the deck!

The tank itself is .865 or 21.98mm, the RBA deck with the top cover off is .511 or 12.98mm There is so much airflow, if you could put a hose on it you could breath under water through this thing. I honestly don't know how you could possibly get any more airflow from an atty. They say the RBA has better airflow then the pre-built coils, I can't tell the difference but then again I have lungs that went through forty years of smoking. I just can't take real big lung hits and blow big clouds. It's amazing you can have that much airflow and the atty will produce enough vapor to keep the flavor from being washed out, the flavor is just great. The best flavor I got from any atty I have is the Rose, that gave great flavor but it's a tight drawing atty that I just can't use long term. The Plume Veil is next runner up, then the Flash-e, the Fogger just didn't cut it for me.

Thanks, Willie. The low tank can fit a Fogger V6 and that's about 23mm so the Zephyrus will fit no problem. Now I just need to order one, LOL. I drill out the Fogger, both V4.1 and V6, to 3mm already so the double 3mm will be a step up yet again. The real bottleneck, in most any of them, is the drip tip.

Elev8 has it for 22.99, not sure what the shipping is and they're in the US. It's tall enough, 45mm, for the low tank. The top of the ErlK sits just below the top cap of it, but works like a champ. I just rebuilt the ErlK with eight wraps of Ni200 for a laugh, and it's doing a great job on the LT-DNA!

The Flash-E!! So glad some one else even mentioned this. I love mine! No one ever talks about the Flash-E
Willy do you use mesh feeders? This is an atty that took some time for me to get right. Now that I did, it's Great:)
The air flow is a little tight but not bad I use the biggest air hole and could remove it completely for even more air.
I run mine at .8 40 watts on kanthol with 400 mesh feeders the flavour and cloud for an old atty like this one are truly amazing!
For flavour the K-F V4 is my favourite :) and the Squape R is also worth mentioning

Yup, I used mesh feeders, even though it worked well and the flavor was good it feel to the wayside like the other atty's I bought and I went back to my pro tanks for ADV. Part of the reason is I wanted to get a DNA40 and use nickle with them. I sat on my 40 boards for so long that the DNA200 came up shortly after I got one of the 40's running and all my attention has been getting the 200's built. Now that I've got my 200's built it's time to dig those atty's out of storage and play with them, but that's going to be after it's cold enough I'm staying inside, too many things that need to be done in prep for winter. That Flash-e is a nicely designed piece, I see why people fall in love with them but for some reason they haven't gained popularity like they have in Europe, or so I was told.

I am having a problem with the DNA40. I' so used to pressing the fire button as I bring the mod up I keep doing that with the DNA. The full power pulse kicks in, immediately, and I'm wasting vapor as a result. Got another habit to un-learn.

My 200 bricked during the install of the 8/21 firmware...just passing that along in case it has an issue. It could be a random issue though. I had just taken it apart, cleaned it and put on a fresh, hard spring 510 and it was vaping perfect. So perfect in fact that I decided to upload the latest firmware so I could drop the lock clicks from five to three. Boom.

Anything else you can expend on that with????

ETA: Saw where it bombed during the firmware upload, just curious, were you using a Mac work-around? Just did mine and it went flawlessly.

Ahhh the Fullymax. You should get more than a decent 18650 out of then. Not only is is equivalent energy to a 2700mAh 18650, but mAh for mAh Lipo tech always seem to last longer in my experience. I think it might be because of the flatter discharge curve.
