I just wish they would publish what they find as the probable cause.
8.5 watts in power mode. This is not a tootie puffer mod . The chip simply rebelled at being required to do such a mundane task, like Rubio actually working after winning an election.....

Some more progress on the brass low tank today. I got all the pieces cut and "trued up" the main body in the miter saw. I also got the semi-circular cutout done in both piece of the top cap. Next up will be cutting out the atomizer window then making the "shelf" for the 510. It's going to take three layers of brass, 1/16" to make that shelf. I'll keep two layers "hidden" down inside the body so it doesn't push the atomizer up too high. The Evolv 510 measures out at 1/8" deep which equals two 1/16" piece of brass for it to be flush.

There is not enough room for a XT30 with a fullymax 900 and I doubt there will be with the Nanotech 950 supplied.
I'm glad I found this post. I had a modcrate EMR sitting on the table with all the parts except a male XT3O which I had to order. It would of sucked to wait a week to find out that it doesn't fit.

You can use an EC2 connector though. Have to modify the on board JST connector though. Look for an earlier post I did on it.

Shame that I didn't find this sooner, I took my own approach on silo 950 battery connector, and since I didn't have any EC2 I've used 2mm bullets in shrink tape. with about 5mm cables from the board just so they can flex a little bit. Plus of this solution is that they are independent of each other, so you can rearrange them as needed, minus is that they are rated same as EC2, but who would use 200W on 950mAh lipo anyway?

Well done, I considered doing that by removing the pins from an XT30, but thought they would by too long. Which pins did you use, do you have a photo?

Been playing:

A DNA75w 5000 mAh Weekender Mod in an ERM+ enclosure

Dont know that I would do it again though, soldering those 5 raw cells together with a standard Haiko was major pain in the backside! Still had a little room to spare, I might be able to cram 6000mAh in there if I could find the right size cells, ie longer cells.

When I read the first line "5000mah weekender" the first thing I thought was how in the heck did you stuff a 3S 5000mah battery in there to begin with. Then I remembered the "75" is a 1S board....DUHHHHHH

From the looks of it, allowing for a little expansion room, you've probably maxed it out already.

Soooo..... if you aren't sworn to secrecy is it the same size as the 200 board?
Ahhhhhh but we are indeed bound by a NDA. However they did give us permission to talk a little about it.

See this post were I shared what I could:
Evolv-ing Thread

Also, read through the next 20 posts after that.
