I started vaping in Oct 2010, I have been totally cig free since Feb 1 so that's almost 3 months totally cig free. I did drop from a pack a day to a pack a week from Oct to Feb so I made a huge step in the right direction. Just took me a little while to find my perfect set up

I smoked for 30yrs up to 2-3 packs a day. Same story Cold turkey,Patch, Pills(welbutrin) nothing has touched PV results. I am 17 weeks analog free. I have pushed all triggers-- long car rides, poker and heavy drinking and even morning coffee urge and not even a thought to have an analog. This forum and all the experiences on here have been a great inspiration to me. So thank you to ECF and all the members!!!!!
well, I am headed to my sons birthday party- all the great aunts and uncles, and my mother- we dont speak, period. I actually deal with the situation pretty well- I dont get antsy or anything- BUT, I always sit there thinking "I need to walk out and get a cigarette' just to have a few minutes peace- because she will be smarting off or trying to get my goat- But today I am looking forward to it!
