Yes it is!!
As of today, it's been a year since my last cigarette. It seems like so long ago! I have to say that I don't miss them at all now. I think the biggest factor in my success has been ECF; the technical support, the moral support and the fun. It has certainly made quitting a lot easier.
I think the best thing is that this is a very friendly and giving place to land........especially The Women's Room. Wish I had joined in sooner than I did! I am so appreciative of all of you.
My celebration consists of ordering a couple more batteries and accessories. Like I need more!

That is so interesting - thanks CES! I remember being so fascinated by the whole PV thing that I barely slept due to spending so much time online reading about it........my husband thought I had gone insane.
