Why do I test “rewrapped” batteries?
Some ask if there any good reasons to still test rewrapped batteries considering all the problems we can have with them (cell changes, exaggerated ratings, low grade cells, etc.)? Why don’t I just test OEM batteries from the big companies like Samsung, Sony, etc.?
