Mini 2.0 and 2.1 doors

It seems to me that the squonk hole in the 2.0 and 2.1 doors are too big. I'd think they should be the same size as on the original Mini, since the bottle size is the same. However, they seem to be the same size as on the Grand, with its 6ml bottle. That ends up showing the battery

I'm sure there's a reason for that, I'm just curious as to what it is. Was the bottle in them bigger at some point in the design?

Ah, cool, thank you Rob! Maybe someday later I'll have to get a newer door. Or just put black stickers on my batteries. Electric tape is too fat -- door doesn't close if I tape the batteries.

I've put electrical tape on all my bats and they all close easy. Maybe u need different tape.

Yup. Mine must be VERY electrical I think I have some black strips for label makers at work somewhere.
