Mini @ 5v?

Just wondering if it's possible to swap the 14500 with different batteries to get the mini to run @ 5v. I think it's possible with the Grand, but what about the mini?

You can do 6V with the Mini.

No, the 5v batteries are too tall for the mini. As Nerak stated, some people go 6v on the mini by stacking batteries.

Thanks for the info! I don't think I'd be opposed to going to 6v. Looking more at portability and durability at higher voltage.
