So I got 3 AW 14500 IMR Rechargeable Batteries for SureFireand ne WF-139 Lithium Charger (CC only). So far I am getting only a few hours out of the batteries. The insert says not to overcharge so I have been removing them as soon as the indicator tunes green. Does anyone know if I am doing it wrong?
i don't think you're doing anything wrong. But do keep in mind that we have noticed that IMRs get better charges the more charge cycles they go through. After 4 or 5 full charge cycles, they should hopefully last a lot longer. I know the first time I used IMRs I was disappointed in their performance...lasting less than my protected Li-io batteries. Hope this helps...keep us posted.
Thanks for the info, I guess I was wrongly under the impression they could last a full day.
The 18650's definitely last a day, and the 14500's could if you are a light vaper. I usually pop in a fresh batt and take a spare with me when I am out all day.
mlinky is right....it depends on how much you vape. Mine can last me all day unless I'm having one of those insatiable days where I just can't see to get enough. But then I also rarely ever vape 3ml in a day. I'm usually a 1.5-2ml per day gal.
