Mini Ego and Smoktech shorty questions..

Couple noob questions.

I just bought the mini ego stealth kit from Gotvapes, and was wondering if anyone knows if the USB rapid charger that I bought for my twist will hurt the little guys?

It also comes with a few Smoktech shortys, and I was wondering how different they are then standard cartos? And if they'd be ok to use with 510 analog style batteries?
