Mini Sub Tank and Endless Problems - Help Please!

I've been using the mini sub for about a month now and for the first couple of weeks it was blissful but now I'm having absolutely nothing but problems. I don't know if it's my cartos or my tank. I'm getting gurgling but NO leaking. The draw is tight. I'm getting very little vapor. Hot juice sometime sputters into my mouth. I don't know what I've done wrong or different with the cartos, if anything, or if it's the tank. I've emptied, cleaned and refilled it so many times. I've tried new cartos, different cartos, everything. The only thing that seems to help is if I stick a pin down the center of the carto and jiggle it around a bit. I then get a good normal vape for about 2 puffs. Oh and I'm using Smoktech 1.7ohm single coil cartos, have tried Boge LR as well.

The only thing I can think of is you might be making your slots/punches to big on your cartos. Unless you're vaping at a higher voltage you typically only need one slot/punch and not a real big one. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

If you are punching your own holes you might be going too deep and going all the way through the filler. From what I understand, hole size will be fine as long as juice cannot flow to the center space of the carto.
