FYI for anyone reading and looking for this PV. I ordered one and got it in a week ago. To be honest it has a great taste, awesome feel like a real cig and overall seems like it will be a winner once its perfected. I cannot however recommend anyone buying it due to my experience. I attached the tank and cap to the atty and started vaping. Worked great for a couple hours but then just died on me. I used my multimeter to check and the batt is still putting out power but switched batts anyway... still nothing. This happened with both atty's I got with it so unless I want to order 50 atty's at once and go thru 5 a day I will be waiting till it performs a little better. I am also in the US so ordering more atty's from the UK this often would just not work lol.
Did you email Sherif to let him know? that should be under warranty! That is so very odd, because I have been vaping off mine for a few months on one single atty and one single battery, and it performs the exact same each time. I adore mine! And I am actually waiting for the pcc to come out soon to and then I will order that and another battery for it. That really is weird! Just email Sherif and I am sure he will make it right. It sounds to me like you got a dud. It happens even with joyetech products too. Sometimes an atty or battery will crap out on ya for no apprent reason. Which is why they have warranty. So sorry that happened to you, as I could see you really did enjoy it!!
Its ok I just should have waited till it came to the US. I actually didn't like a couple things about it but it would not be fair to review a faulty device when like you said it was prob just a dud. I was just hoping to do a write up for local paper. I am sure he would take care of it but honestly I don't want to worry about dealing with shipping back and forth to the UK. Next time only buy local. Lessen learned lol.
I know Sherif sends very discreetly as to not rattle the immigration feathers, and I do trust buying from there. He ensures the package is labelled discreetly, it is always packaged inside discreetly and honestly, it did not take much time to get to Canada. I will be ordering again from him for sure. I got the mini tank back in april, and then I got the 510 tank atty and 510 tank from here, and I can say I do prefer the mini tank from Sherif in the UK, mostly due to the fact that when you take a draw from the mini tank, you don't have to draw hard on it like you do with the 510 tank. I also found too that the mini tank has a nicer throat hit and a heck of alot more vaper than the 510 tank. I took pics of the mini tank vape, and you can see the clouds, it was unreal. Yup I am sticking to my mini tank, but will still vape with the 510 tanks too since the mini tank gear won't fit my 510. I just can't wait for the pcc to come out for the mini tank. I still have to order some more batts too! Love my mini tank! woot!!!!!!
I honestly don't have much gear at all honey! Just my 6 510 batts (3 autos and 3 manuals), smart carts, version 2.0 smart carts are coming, then I got my drip tip, ce2 r4 xl cartos, bobe cartos, tons of cartridges, 510 passthrough, my mini tank with 1 batt, 3 atties and 2 tanks. Then VapourGuy sent me a bunch of the 510 tanks both regular and xl, and an 510 t atty. Then.....I got my diy supplies! hahahahaha So much more I want but not money to buy!
I vape the juicy peach dekang through the 510t. it tames the flavour down a bit and is better for this juice. on a lr boge carto it's kinda harsh
That's not that bad I guess Dane, in a couple of years maybe we'll hear about a second mortgage and renovating a room in the basement for all your vaping gear
What do you have for hardware Cobra? You know I have ordered a ton of stuff over the last few months, and I can honestly say, even from overseas, or from the states, that the time for a package to get through Canada isn't that far off from going out of country. UK is super fast, and also faster than coming from the states alot of times. I had one package in immigration for a month from the states and others took 3 weeks or more and were not even stuck in customs. My mini tank I think was 10 days to come from the UK to Canada. It is so funny I think, here I get this mini tank back in april than a month later we are able to buy a similar product here, the 510 t-tank. And I stand by my statement when I said that the mini tank is better than the 510 tank. If you don't believe me, try it. You won't be disappointed.
uk isn't always fast. I ordered an rc car chassis (they have way more 1/5 scale in the uk than all of north america). it sat in their sorting station for over 5 months. I even filed a dispute until I finally got a tracking number and that was like watching grass grow. I buy a lot from the uk and china comes faster on most cases. germany I get stuff faster than I do from ontario funny enough
