I'd guess you could open a support ticket and ask for a replacement and ask for the cost.

I'll give that a go... truthfully a support ticket never crossed my mind since I bought the MVS used. And yes, I'm definitely not looking for s freebie fix, just looking for the parts to buy.

I have quite a few vapers at my office, I already know 2 that have bought Roughstacks and a couple others that are on the waiting list for the MVS since I started using mine at work :) I cannot praise this product highly enough!

Here's the switch info. Short answer is that it needs to get listed for purchase but for now…

Madvapes support says you can just order that red mountain switch and then in the comments says its to repair a MVS and they'll substitute the exact switch the MVS uses.

Thanks for getting and sharing the switch info. It's much appreciated.

Ordered and received a replacement switch. Just as I described above. So that method definitely works. Its nice to have my MVS working again. I also compared the 3a push button switch used in the RS to the mountain switch the MVS uses. You'd have to enlarge the hole to fit the switch and its just long enough that if you spread the legs on the switch its right at the spot where the plastic end cap sits. So I think you could shoehorn in the higher amp rated switch but there will be no free play at all because the switch is enough longer compared to the mountain switch. And there really is hardly enough space in the top to accomidate the larger hole.
