I have a mini vivi nova that I've filled three times now and cleaned once. Since day one, it as made not a sizzling sound but more of a sound similar to a stun-gun accompanied with a frequent pop sound. When it makes the pop sound, it shoots a very micro vape ball into the air about 18 inches high. It reminds me of a micro roman candle or little missile complete with vapor trail. No light, just a thin thread of vapor. Is this normal?

Both my regular and mini have been doing this for ever.....They also like to leak into my lava tube quite often. Patience has ran thin with them.
i own several of these and have not experienced this...i do hear a bit of noise but it just sounds pretty normal to me

Haven't had any problems with leaking fortunately. But having my vivi shoot fireworks seems odd. Sounds like it's pretty normal i guess. Btw, changing the head didn't help.
What are u using it on? Variable voltage? What ohm heads r u using?
I bet either the voltage is too high, or you have a very low ohm head. I wouldn't use a 1.8ohm head on anything but a standard low voltage ego battery. If u got vv, ID stay with the 2.4 or 2.8 ohm heads.

that popping is a sign that your vivi nova is at an alpha stage 
. If you have vv, you can always bump your voltage a notch or two and it goes away. I personally love it because it seems like I get the best taste to vapor ratio when it's doing the sizzlin' and poppin'
