Mini VV Mod - Guessing game

A Friend of mine Picked up a mini VV mod 3.0-4.8v from some B&M
No name on the mod and so Far no luck finding anything about it.

mod is Small, maybe 2.5-3 inches tall
510/EGO connector on top that swivels
Mod looks a lot like a nicer Butane Lighter with thumb switch about 1 inch down from top to one side.(like a lighter striker)
LCD display near the bottom
5 clicks to activate Voltage selection and a thumb knob to adjust.
Locks out once set - no accidental changes.

This is not a home built, but an actual production piece.
Retail - about $35 (at that location)

Any Ideas?

Yes, one button - Thumb rest style - like a Butane lighter
Built in Battery - probably 650-800mah

Imagine something similar to this:

With the 510 connection instead of the Torch head
Solid body with LCD Display near base
