"Right now, we've got a patchwork system where local governments and even individual businesses make their own rules," Kahn says in the release. "It's creating a lot of confusion. My bill removes any doubt as to where e-cigarettes can be used by applying the same regulations we have for traditional tobacco products."
All of these freedoms really bother some people....if only there was a country we could send her to live where all of these confusing freedoms weren't allowed...

Maybe because the far-right has a monopoly on the anti-LGBT, anti-immigration, anti-government, etc positions. It seems that you can't be in politics today unless you have some sort of anti agenda. :p

I am sincerely curious though if people really have the impression that the entire democratic party are anti-ecig? It's been my experience in conversation with my left-leaning friends and family members that they don't take this anti position, but they are for the most part center-left (what I consider reasonable) people.

among'st her more brilliant proposals?
