I think you're looking for a good Wintergreen.
The only one I've tried so far was from Vapor4Life.

I think that fits the bill you describe, except it's not mentholated, but you can buy menthol separately.
It is, however, a fairly good sweet mint flavor.

You may find that you don't need to mentholize it when you try it, but if you want to, you can do that separately.

Honestly, I have found that menthol actually can decrease flavor and can kill a good juice flavor unless it's used with the correct flavor in the correct amount.
I like the sweet mint flavor too, and want to try more vendor's Wintergreen flavors.

I ordered a 30ml from V4L, and it's almost empty now, and will probably order another one.
It is one of my most-used juices, I use it to flavor a lot of other juices besides vaping it by itself too.
I actually use it to 'sort of' mentholize other flavors, but it's not a true menthol.
True menthol doesn't have any real flavor, this does.

I ordered some Spearmint just the other day, curious if it will be anywhere close to the sweet mint Wintergreen flavor.

The Peppermint is very different from the Wintergreen.

Peppermint is not that sweet and has a substantial amount of menthol in it.

The Wintergreen is a sweet mint flavor, with no menthol, and not real tart like peppermint.

I like the sweet minty flavors w/o a lot of tartness a lot, and don't care for peppermint that much, JMO.

Having said that, V4L isn't my favorite vendor, I'd like to try other vendor's Wintergreen to compare if I could find any, it seems to be a rather hard to come by juice flavor overall.

Vapor Bomb Arctic Ice is my favorite but i haven't tried a lot of the others... it might not fit what you are looking for, but i am going to check out the posts for my own research...:)
AI is slightly sweet, and a clean menthol taste... not overpowering but enough to be good on its own or mixed with just about anything...

So i just got my order from Route 66 and it seems like Dekang Green Mint is exactly what i want, i still am going to order the V4L to see if thats better. I'm not really smart when it comes to juices but i thought Dekang wasnt high quality, am i wrong about this?

If you like it, it's fine. It's usually cheaper and it'll make your cartos last forever. V4L is chinese juice.

I tried my new madvapes flavors today and just wanted to update:

The spearmint is like chewing on a spearmint leaf. Not very sweet, not like a piece of gum or candy, just spearmint-nothing else. It feels cool and refreshing in your mouth the same way a menthol does, but it does not taste like a menthol at all. I'd describe it as a mild taste...it does not "pop" on your tastebuds like a candy mint but the spearmint is true and not lacking in flavor.

The wintergreen does taste exactly like wintergreen flavored lifesaver candy like some of the reviews on the site say, a sweeter and bolder taste than the spearmint. I really liked them both and they will both be re-orders, probably replacing my previous favorite mint.

Both of these are much stronger in flavor than the doublemint from cignot, in all fairness that is more than likely due to the pg/vg content. My cignot juice is 100%vg, these from madvapes are a pg/vg mix.

I gotta say that since I smoked menthols exclusively for years I fully expected to only enjoy menthol juices. I can't speak for anyone else but once I quit smoking and started vaping, I personally don't care for actual menthol flavor. Mintiness without the harsh bite and totally absent of tobacco flavoring is what I've enjoyed the most.

Here is a suggestion: Go to ECBlend. com and check out their selection. They give you the option of adding menthol to anything they have in stock. They offer 12 or more tobacco flavors plus all the other types of juice. You can add menthol and/or cool hit to anything. I have only tried some of the tobaccos, but found the quality and the price to be quite good.
