Mixing Base and Flavor

Should I add my flavor 1 by 1 or should I mix all flavors together then add to the base as one?

I mix my flavors first to make sure they are blended well and then add my base with nicotine. Seems to work really well.

I add my 0nic, then flavor 1 by one, then nic. After that, I Quick Steep I don't know if there is a difference or not. I am sure someone here has experimented with this...

But, I think I will add my flavors first, give them a good swirl then add the rest. Makes sense to me too.

Developing a recipe I mix my flavors as single small batches, then mix the resulting juices a small tankful at a time to test different ratios easily. Otherwise a regular batch, it's every thing dumped in the bottle and shaken not stirred...
