I've heard a lot of people using an 'ultrasonic cleaner' to mix and steep with, I just give my juices a good shake for a minute or two by hand and start vaping right away. Definitely don't vape a layered unshaken juice, you could end up dripping straight nicotine into your device which would be very dangerous to your health. You want to shake it enough even just by hand so that all ingredients have a chance to meld together. Take care :)

What's everyone's method for mixing a final product? Hand shake it? Got some tool that helps mix it up? Don't shake it all and leave it layered?

"Leave it layered" ???? Makes no sense. The idea is blending components to create a vapable mix. Here's some information on basic mixing and steeping.

I was scratching my head on that part. Would seem a waste of time to measure things out only to leave it sit in layers unmixed.

I was only curious. Been mixing my own for 2 years and I always hand shake them, just curious what everyone else did is all.

The ultrasonic method works very well.
I run it about 20 minutes total.. it also warms it.

I can use it right away but next day gives me best results.
I often repeat it the second day but it works quite well on my mixes.

Which ultra sonic machine you use?

Creating your base, adding flavor and blending all ingredients together by stiring or shaking is a universal part of mixing that everyone needs to do. How that's done and by what method is a personal choice and does not matter as long as the end result is the same (All ingredients are distributed through the mix evenly). I don't think there really is a right, wrong, easy or better way to do this nor does it really matter.

Steeping is optional and depends on what your making.

Again, I've been mixing for 2 years. I have my way of doing it that has worked for two years. I was only curious what others were doing

I thought mine was a Panasonic.. but it is actually from Brookstone.
Search for brookstone ultrasonic cleaner..

It has a timer and will only run the vibration cycle about 5 minutes at a time.
But it warms the water all the time.

I usually put 6 10ml bottles in at and leave it for the day just warming.
I run the vibration cycle 3 or 4 times thru the day as I think of it.
I start vaping it the next day.

Is this as good as what other people do? no idea..
But it works for me.. it tastes as good as anything I have bought in a store.

Below are my mixing "ritual"

1. add PG or skip to 2 (I mix mostly high VG%)
2. add flavoring/additives (all PG absed) -> swirl until homogeneous
3. add nic (VG based) -> swirl until homogeneous
4. add VG in a 1:1 ratio to the mix (geometric dilution) and swirl between each addition of VG
5. fill and vape (not a fan of "steeping")

So it mixes the fluid by vibrations?

ultrasonic vibrations and heat to be specific.

When I take a bottle out of it and hold up to the light, I see thousands of very tiny bubbles in the liquid.. that is from the vibration.
When I shake it, it has the consistency of water.. which would be due to the slight heat the machine generates.
I also see a very slight darkening in color.. it really is very well blended.

I make all my liquids.. about 6 or so flavors I like best.. I quit buying liquids about a month into vaping. I didn't want to wait for it to age or steep.. and I worried about what was really in the bottles.. I figured if I make it, then I know what I put in there and I know its good.

I tried this method of mixing after reading someone else recommend it.
Ultrasonic cleaners like mine are very inexpensive.. I got mine as a gift and never used it till now.
What I do works for me and I like how the flavors turn out and vape.

good luck with whatever method suits you best.
