Mixing my own E-Juice

Have a 500 milliliter amber glass bottle of Nocotine E-juice which is 100 milligrams of Nicotine per millilier,and it is mixed with 50% PG and 50% VG. Would like to Have safe known recipe from anyone that would inform me of the proper amounts of PG, VG, concentrated Menthol Flavoring, and Nicotine to add in order to make a final concentration of 36 mg per millliter Nicotine E-juice with a 70 % final concentration of VG and a 30 % final concentraion of PG.
