Im new to DIY so be nice......

Ill post what i ordered in the following post as to not drag on reading my q's.

How do i mix to find out what strengths work well? Like if i want a strawberry cupcake do i use 10% cupcake and 5% straw? I dont want to have to much of one flavor and not enuf of another.

Is there a way to create a base line for comparison?

If im mixing cheesecake with raspberry and i want more body/sweet how would i know how much marshmallow to use?

And would lemon meringue work good to brighten other berrys if used in small amounts or would it make it taste off?

Hope to have my stuff by this weekend! :D

Start at 5% and mix each flavor individually and sample each flavor and adjust until it is good for you. Once you know what each individual flavor taste like you will know how much you'll need when starting to combine. You need to take baby steps before you can master complex mixes. No one can tell you how much flavoring is right because everyone tastes things differently so let your taste buds be the expert adviser.

And when you think you have it right, try it again with 1% less flavor. If your 2 flavor mix tastes good with flavor 1 at 8%, and flavor 2 at 2%, try flavor 1 at 7% and flavor 2 at 1% to see if it is better or worse. I've been lowering the percentages of flavors from where I started, and they liquids are coming out more flavorful. Its weird, but it seems to be working. Just keep the ratios the same.
