It probably depends on how much you're mixing...might need to add a few drops of distilled water if it is too thick.

I noticed David Yang took the 36mg unflavored VG off his site. This was his response to me.

Thanks for your email, and we right now will not stock the VG, as I am not sure whether the VG has certificate for it, I prefer waiting it has all the certificate

I'm guessing all he has sold is not certified.
