ooo idea,
use a bead cap\bell cap with the loop as the end cap for the e-cig (straight over the ash cap or with a crystal replacement for the filigree ones), connect a jump ring to the loop, and then you can connect it to any chain or necklace that has a lobster clasp as a pendant (an easy addition). Bonus pretty-ing connect a bead or small charm to the jump ring. Definitely not gonna be mistaken for a real cig then lol.
note: non-loop bead caps can have a loop added by using a headpin. simply slide the cap onto the pin so the flat head is on the inside, then use needle nose pliers (or jewelers wire-bending- pliers) to curve the post of the headpin into a loop close to the cap, clip off the excess with wirecutters. If using this method you don't really need the added jumpring as the headpin rotates freely, just make sure you bend the loop large enough to fit your lobster clasp.
