Cosican did an interesting review of the mods he owns (and there are a pile of 'em):

I currently own 2 mods--the JantyStick and the Screwdriver. I have a GG in the mail, winging its way from the U.K. even as we speak.

But since I haven't tried it, I can't really comment on it.
Between the JS and the SD, if I could only have one, it'd be the JS. Trust me when I say I find it moderately shocking that the JS managed to edge out my beloved SD.
I find that my JS battery doesn't last quite as long as my SD, but certainly longer than any other "traditional" e-cig. The size and feel of the JS is wonderful. It's hard to describe, but the JS is a positive pleasure to hold in my hand. Of all of my devices, it feels the most comfortable, the most natural, which is kind of strange considering it looks the least e-cig like.
I have quickly become a fan of the 801 atomizer with the JS. I love how much more the cartridge holds, and I'm amazed that I can actually vape most of the catridge dry before having to top off. Typically, once I vape 1/3 of a cartridge, I find the performance degrades--with the JS, that simply doesn't happen. I can vape the catridge down 'til it's almost on empty (maybe 2/3 down) with the JS.
I purchased a 901 adapter for the stick, and I do get better flavor with that than the 801 atomizer. Even so, I find that I like the convenience of the 801 cartridge so much that I pretty much stick with that even though the flavor isn't quite as intense with the 801 as opposed to the 901. Still, now that my 801 atomizer (Janty brand) is well broken in, I've found that the flavor has improved markedly over the first several days.
Anyway, between the SD and the JS, I would steer you towards the JS. As for the other mods, I'll leave it to those who've had some experience with them.
