i think its a big outgoing cost initially but once you have found your Goldilocks moment then the cost goes way way down and thats when the real savings happen

My goldilocks moment was discovering the itaste 134 mini with a Kanger Aerotank on it with an Apple pie mix liquid, im more than happy with this set up and all i must pay for now is juice (i have 120ml at present) and replacement coils that i need to replace 1 every 2 weeks

ill be spending £10 per month tops till i need to replace a battery or 2, im happy with that!!

the real cost IMO is finding your (happy place) perfect set up/juice

been vaping since july and using a vamo since christmas. i run a pt3 2.0 ohm dual coil at 3.6-4.0 volts dont really mess with watts. and as for start up cost........ every dime and then some has gone into vaping gear and juices. i have even tried to make some of the money back by selling my old ego and ce4 setups but that has failed. but its all worth it in the long run. my 7yr old son trashed my cancer sticks the day after i got my first kit and i havent looked back. smoking was an addicition and death sentence, vaping is an adventure that has endless paths to follow to find the treasure at the end; the perfect set up for you..

I use the PT II's as well as Mini PT II's and I use the little chart that came with them to set my volts. Works like a dream. When I install a new coil, I check it's ohms first and then set my volts accordingly. I used to just add two to whatever my ohms read but had a lot of problems. Using the little chart did the trick for me. Please be aware the even tho you might have bought a 5 pack of, let's say, 2.5 ohm coils, they very rarely are 2.5 ohms. Always check them first and then set your device accordingly. They can also fluctuate a little as you begin to use them so check after a dozen hits or so just to make sure. If you are having leaking problems with the PT II's, get yourself some Aerotank bases, cost about $6. They are sealed and won't leak into your battery, excellent fix!!

I'm gonna get a Aerotank base for my pt2's as soon as I can find them in stock (CNY lag I assume) in the mean time to stop the leaks I took a o ring and stacked it on top of the existing one , no more leaks. Also on my Kanger tanks I take the grommet off the chimney . The taste has improved and I haven't had any problems in doing so.

Whether you use volts or watts display to determine the correct level to adjust your APV to depending on what atomizer you have doesn't matter in the end, that is because of ohms law. I do find watts easier for me because I don't have to calculate the voltage to set to based on the resistance of the atty to give an 8W output. There is a really good chart on pbsardo's website called the vaping power chart. Basically from 2 ohms up, 8W is at the top end of the green area. I am on my third VAMO now with the V5, and I find them to be very cost effective. Just make sure you put it in RMS mode as it ships in mean mode and reverts to mean mode, set it to display watts, set it to 8W and enjoy the vape. As far as spending money well, for me vaping started as a life change to be healthier and is now that plus an enjoyable hobby.
