Alright, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

The last time I changed out the cart in my tank I seem to have caused a problem where the cart now floods and leaks from the bottom, I'm not having an issue with the tank itself leaking but somehow the pressure seems off and after a few minutes I get juice coming out the battery connection area of my cart/lavatube. I have tried replacing the cart a few more times and they all seem to be having the same issues. This is either with new carts or cleaned ones that I know worked well in the past.

The only issue I can see that has changed is now I have a small line/crack that doesn't leak, more like a spider web crack, extending down from the fill hole about 1/8th of an inch long. I don't know if that is messing up the pressure or what the deal is. Any help would be appreciated.

If the tank has a crack in it air can enter in through that crack creating too much air pressure inside the tank. Try vaping in front of a mirror. Watch the area around the crack closely. If air is entering you will see tiny air bubbles. Its like putting a tire down in a barrel of water to see where the hole is.

Too much air pressure inside the tank will force juice into the hole in the carto and out the bottom. As you vape you're drawing in air and if there is a break in the seal or a crack ...air will be sucked in.

Ive never used a prepunched carto. Always thought the hole might be a bit small. I punch my own with a saddle valve (when it works) and when it doesn't I just use a hammer and sharp screw.
