One of my friends at work mentioned to me last week that she was at the mall and saw the "Smoking Everywhere" kiosk... she was intrigued, but thank goodness didn't buy anything from them. I started telling her about V4L, it's products, showed her the website and what I ordered for myself - and she placed her first order yesterday. Now I have a vaping bud at work and she's going to let me try her smilin' menthol when she gets it! :D How cool is that??

I've handed out a bunch of business cards and raved about it to people I know who smoke. So far I don't think anyone has ordered - no matter how excited they seem to get about the idea when I'm pitching it. :( I even gave my mother a battery, charger, and a few cartos to try and she acted really interested in it, but has somehow made one watermelon carto last like a week and half...

That's awesome, good work. :) When I get mine I am going to be telling everyone about it. I have already started telling my friends who smoke about it.

The funny thing is that I haven't even gotten mine yet, either! But she really wanted an e-cig, and knew that I had totally researched everything before I ordered mine, so she went with my choice. I guess she trusts me.. ;)

She was an easy convert because she already wanted an e-cig, she just didn't know where to get one or what kind to get. I simply steered her in the right direction.. :D

I know how frustrating it can be to convince people how much better vaping is than smoking. i think for a lot of people they think vaping is too much 'work' where as smoking is just fire one up and it's done.
A couple people at work that I've loaned batts to seemed to just say 'it's not working, i still want to smoke'. I guess you have to be motivated to really get vaping, but man when you do, smoking just plain sucks! I can't believe I used to love to smoke, now I can't imagine giving up vaping!

Yeah, I still want to smoke too...so when I want to, I do. Today I had 2 analogs...but 2 is better than 32...Do some people not get that...So what if you still want to smoke. My feeling is, if you want to than go ahead. You'll be cutting down tremendously vaping in between analogs...I think these people just don't even want to try.

Exactly. It doesn't have to be about total abstinence. E-cigs are an alternative, and not necessarily about stopping smoking.

I think that when you tell yourself that you "can't" have something, it makes you want it even more... Maybe it's smart to tell yourself that if you want to have an analog once in awhile, you can.. and then it won't be so desirable.

Did that make sense?

EXACTLY..."Forever" is a scary word...No matter what you're talking about.
You have to do what's right for you. I APPLAUD everyone here that has picked up vaping and dropped analogs completely, but right now...that's not where I am yet.
